If you haven't already done so, please send me a copy of your insurance certificate to admin@thecraftersfestival.co.uk Please could you also bring with you a copy of this certificate on the day as insurance certificates will be checked. If you have The Crafters Festivals Insurance then payment will be taken on the day.

To find out where your stall is located, please come and see a member of The Crafters Festival team on the day. We cannot tell you where your stall is located before this time as the stall plan may change.

For the main hall (upstairs) please use the access ramp via the car park (at the back of the Civic Hall). For downstairs, please use the downstairs entrance via the car park.

10am. You will not be able to access the room until this time

4pm. Please do not start to pack your stall down until this time. By doing so you are causing a health and safety risk and any accidents will not be insured by ourselves. You will risk losing your stall at any other events booked with us.

Tables and chairs will be provided at this event. You are provided a 6ft space. If you would prefer to bring your own table please feel free to do so. If you would like to add a small table or shelf you may do so as long as it is within your 6ft stall space.

If you have a rail or small shelf that you would like to place beside your stall please email me before hand to make sure there is the room beside your stall. Spaces are limited

For the upstairs hall, there is ramp access via the car park and also a lift via the main entrance. For downstairs the main entrance is on ground level.

There is a car park to the rear of the building.

Health & Safety around your stall is the responsibility of traders at all times.
