Terms & Conditions

When applying for a stall with The Crafters Festival Ltd you are therefore agreeing to the following Terms & Conditions.....

  •    You agree to the terms in Trader Requirements.
  •    You agree to the terms stated in the Booking Procedure.
  •     You agree to the terms in Agreements.
  •     If you need to cancel the stall before the payment date for any reason, please email admin@thecraftersfestival.co.uk
  •     Stalls can be cancelled up to 4 weeks before the event, and a full refund minus the deposit will be given. Refunds will only be given if a replacement trader/stall is found.
  •     Stalls cancelled after the 4 week date has past will not be entitled to a refund.
  •     Your stall cannot be sold on by any other trader without the permission of The Crafters Festival Ltd.
  •     Deposits are non-refundable.
  •     In the event of a Market or Event cancellation by The Crafters Festival, a full refund will be given.
  •     If an event is cancelled due to natural weather conditions refunds will not be given.
  •     In the event of market cancellation due to building conditions, refunds will be given.
  •     In some cases The Crafters Festival Ltd will be used as a 'booking agent' to book stalls for other organisers at other markets and events or work 'on behalf of'. If this is the case you will be notified on booking. All aspects of event organising (advertising & management) is down to  the main organiser and not The Crafters Festival Ltd.
  •     The Crafters Festival Ltd reserve the right to refuse entry. In this case refunds on deposits and payments made will not be given.
  •     Traders are responsible for the Health and Safety around their own stall. Traders must be covered by insurance and documents will need to be seen on the day of the market/event. Failure to provide documents will result in your stall being withdrawn. Please see Health & Safety.
  •     Footfall at markets or events is not guaranteed.
  •     Sales are not guaranteed at any market or event.
  •     Stalls must be set up for the given start time and not started to pack down until the given finish time.
  •     Slander / negative comments on social media will not be tolerated. The Crafters Festival Ltd reserves the right to refuse stalls to traders who 
  •     post negative comments on social media.
  •     These terms may change at any time without notification to the trader/customer.
  •     Some markets or events organised with/alongside/on behalf of/ in association with Tameside Markets. In this case Tameside Markets Terms & Conditions also apply.
  • Rules and regulations of Tameside Markets must be adhered to at all time. The right to trade can be withdrawn by Tameside Markets if these rules are not followed. If a traders is refused a stall from Tameside Markets, refunds will not be given.
