At The Crafters Festival Ltd we take complaints very seriously. If you have any comments, complaints or queries please contact


  •     We aim to respond to your email within 2 workings days.
  •     Once we have received your email we will start to look into your complaint.
  •     We willl email you to tell you that we are looking into your complaint. Please be patient whilst we do this as it may take some time. We 
  •     will keep you up to date with any relevant information.
  •     Once we have resolved the issue we will email you once again.
