Cancellation Policy.....

The Crafters Festival Ltd pride ourselves on a fair booking and cancellations policy .....

  •     If you need to cancel the stall before the payment date for any reason, please email admin@thecraftersfestival.co.uk
  •     Stalls can be cancelled up to 4 weeks before the event, and a full refund minus the deposit will be given if a replacement trader/stall is found.
  •     Stalls cancelled after the 4 week date has past, will not be entitled to a refund.
  •     Your stall cannot be sold on by any other trader without the permission of The Crafters Festival Ltd.
  •     Deposits are non-refundable.
  •     These terms may change at any time without notification to the trader/customer.
