Booking Procedure


How to book a stall.....

To book a stall at one of our events please follow these steps.....

  •  Fill in the relevant application form online – see Apply for a stall
  •  Wait for a confirmation email from admin@thecraftersfestival.co.uk. This may take 1 week. Please check your spam/junk mail box.
  •  Once you have your confirmation email you would have also received an invoice for a deposit (£5) for your place on the event.
  •  Once payment has been received, your stall is then a 'confirmed booking'.
  •  Once paid, your place is confirmed (please note, your stall is not secure until paid in full).
  •  4-5 weeks before the event you will be sent another invoice for the remaining balance of the stall with a due date on the invoice.
  • Approximately one week before the event an email will be sent to you with details of the event (i.e. set-up times, parking etc.).
  • By completing an application form, you are agreeing to the Terms & Conditions of The Crafters Festival Ltd and are committing yourself to the dates selected.
  • There is a 50 pence charge to use PayPal,
